Michelle Shea is an Associate Attorney at Dellino Law Group with a dual focus on criminal defense and family law. She is a fierce advocate, a skillful negotiator, and not afraid of jury trial. Why I Do What I Do

Generally speaking, anyone walking into a lawyer's office is not having a great day. The legal system is confusing and frustrating at times. My goal is to reduce stress by helping my client's navigate the process. I start with trying to understand my client's goals. I know that I cannot fully understand what each person is going through, but I believe empathy can go a long way. Getting what you want does not always mean fighting, but I recognize that some things are worth fighting for.

I am a Minnesota native, but have spent the majority of my life in Washington State. I graduated from the University of Washington School of Law in 2013. I served as a public defender for several years and eventually branched out to private criminal defense. Most recently, I became a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Army Reserve.

In my free time, I love to hang out with my daughter, attend musicals and plays, build things, and watch the Mariners.
